Dr. Destiny C. Harper-Lane is an educator, strategist, and visionary coach devoted to helping leaders and institutions grow with intention, structure, and soul. With over two decades of experience in higher education, organizational leadership, and retention strategy, she brings a deeply integrative approach to every engagement.

As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Elaris Coaching & Consulting, Destiny combines academic rigor with intuitive leadership. Her research on reducing voluntary employee turnover informs her passion for building systems that sustain people—not just processes. She partners with clients to unlock alignment, equity, and sustainable impact.

Destiny’s leadership style is fueled by her unwavering commitment to excellence and her role as a devoted mother of three. Her strength, resilience, and love for her children inspire the nurturing, yet purpose-driven approach she brings to coaching and consulting.
